This section focuses on lessons to be learned both from

1. Real life projects that seek to apply Smart Contracts, e.g. the DAO Hack; and
2.  Lessons from recent controversies, eg. the UK Post Office Scandal, and how Smart Contracts might have lead to a different outcome.
